The Custard Shack

How we came to be

In the summer of 2015, we had our grand opening in which we celebrated with free cones for all! This was our way of establishing our community-based business. All of our custard bases are made with cream, milk, sugar and pasteurized egg yolks which is sent straight from the "unofficial" frozen custard capital of the world, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The basic vanilla and chocolate is always gluten free, in some cases our featured flavors may contain gluten, and/or nuts.

In the beginning, before our shack was what it is today, it took some time deciding what type of dessert we wanted to sell to our community. We considered many different things, however we decided on a frozen dessert stand. We decided that Frozen Custard was creamy, rich and over all tastier than all of the other frozen desserts. Since then, we have created delicious flavors all over the board from fruity pebbles, to pumpkin pie to churros con leche.

Our dairy-free fruit sorbet is made fresh with simply water, sugar and fresh fruit, making it the best quality sorbet you can buy!


It's what's on the inside that counts!

Our staff has come from our neighboring schools in the community. Each season we strive to bring in a strong team that will work hard to serve our community. Our employee training is focused on customer service and satisfaction. Our staff comes together and forms a family that radiates joy and compassion for their job and for each other which is very visible to our guests. We are always happy to serve all.
